Symptoms

On : NA version, Development Provisioning

Cannot upload large files in PeopleSoft application that is integrated with IDCS for SSO using Appgate.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate IDCS with Appgate for SSO
2. Upload Large file in Peoplesoft application.
