Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers
When attempting to select Net Income Account Combination while specifying Secondary Ledger Options ,
the following error occurs:

This combination cannot be used; it either does not exist, or using it here is not permitted.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Specify Ledger Option for the respective scope
2. Select the Net Income Account
