Symptoms

When the user tried to use the process to import the following error appeared:

ERROR

SEVERE: Cannot connect to UCM server associated with repository FusionAppsContentRepository, at hostname localhost, port 11424. Error occurred when calling service PING_SERVER. Error message: Unable to initialize connection idc://localhost:11424. Check the UCM server status to make sure it is running.

In log the error is coming:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Choose Schedule a new process to run the ESS job load interface file for import. ("Load Interface File for Import" request)
2. Select import process equals Import Standard Costs.
3. Use the drop-down arrow to load the data file to and it appears the error: "Could not find server with webkey /cs/.oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle"
