Goal

Calculating the safety stock for Item#A

1) For Item#A ->set Safety Stock Planning Method(Item Attribute) = Safety Stock quantity
2) Upload the safety stock levels through FBDI
3) Create a Plan
4) Scope: Supply Planned Items = Demand Plan Items, WIP components and all Sales Orders
5) Safety Stock: Safety Stock Planning Method = User-specified values for all items
6) Run the Plan

Q1) I'm getting following warning message. Why?
"The user-defined safety stock quantity for item#A in organization ORG1 was not used because the item attribute Safety Stock Quantity was defined. (MSC-2805758)"

Q2) Item#A and Item#B have no demand and still Item#A is included in the plan but not Item#B. why?(Note:Plan Options>> Scope: Supply Planned Items = Demand Plan Items, WIP components and all Sales Orders)
