Unable To Access the User Administration User Properties (Open a User) and Access Control Modules: The system cannot process your request... (Doc ID 2593776.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

Expected Result

The administrator should be able to access the User Administration User Properties (open a User) and Access Control modules without incident.

Actual Result

When trying to access/save users properties, and trying to view the Access Control modules the following Unifier Notification pops up:

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

The following may be found in the Unifier log files:

at com.skire.webant.RequestProcessor.mergeTemplate(RequestProcessor.java:1045)

Business Impact

Because of this the administrator cannot make any changes to the user properties or access the Access Control module.
