ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expense Code in Resource Requirement is changing back to Stock Item Expense Code


In WAM Work activity resource requirement whenever user select Expense code other than default Expense code is changing back to Stock Item Expense Code.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The new Expense Code on Material Resource should be available after saving the record and no defaulting from Stock Item should happen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Work Order
2. Add Activity
3. Add Activity Resource Requirement
4. Select Material Resource
5. Change Expense code
6. Save Record
7. edit Material Resource check expense code getting changed to default

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot finish their tasks.
