Contacts: Import contains Duplicate Email Addresses

Information in this document applies to any platform.
A contact import uniquely matching records on a field other than Email Address does not update some contact records. Investigating the import details shows a number of Duplicate Email Addresses, but no duplicate addresses exist in the upload.
