Error "JBO-25058:DefinitionProjectId Of Type Attribute Not Found In GenSeqZeroCountLocatorControl" When Attempting to Generate Count Sequences (Doc ID 2595486.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Generate Count Sequences, the following error occurs.  "JBO-25058: Definition ProjectId of type Attribute is not found in GenSeqZeroCountLocatorControl"

No cycle count sequences can be generated after receiving this error, even if disabling "Zero Count".



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory Management > Manage Cycle Counts
2. Highlight cycle count row
3. Click Actions > Generate Count Sequences
4. Process fails with error
