ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There is a position X and overlap flag is yes at position X and two incumbents are hired at that position. Incumbent A is hired after incumbent B but has the hire date before incumbent B. The line manager on the child position is incumbent B instead of A even after running the process to sync person data. The parent position shows only one direct report.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The line manager on the child position should be incumbent A

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire an Employee
2. My Workforce > Workforce Structures > Manage Positions
