Symptoms
Customer is unable to progress an order - the fulfillment line status is - Awaiting Shipping - shipment line have been shipped.
There is one stuck record against item and order in pending transactions UI - Inventory Task - Manage Pending Transactions.
The Error shown is:
The value of the SECONDARY_TRANSACTION_QUANTITY attribute is not valid.
