FA: SCM: MFG: Character Not Recognized During Work Definition Import Through FBDI (Doc ID 2600064.1)

Symptoms

User tried to import a work definition through FBDI for a particular item (Itém 001) and the system returned the following error: The CSV files were generated correctly according to records compiled into the excel file.

ERROR

The value It�m 001 provided for the item attribute of the work definition is invalid because the item does not exist in the organization ORG1. (WIS-4440065) 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Importing Work definition through FBDI. 
2.Item have special char( Itém 001).
3.The CSV files were generated correctly according to records compiled into the excel file.
4.Checking interface table WIS_WORK_DEFINITIONS_INT, the field INVENTORY_ITEM_NUMBER was populated "It�m 001" instead of  "Itém 001".
5.Reviewing CSV FILES, it is possible to see that file WisWorkDefinitionsInt.csv is encoded with the language ANSI instead of UTF-8.
