User tried to import a work definition through FBDI for a particular item (Itém 001) and the system returned the following error: The CSV files were generated correctly according to records compiled into the excel file.
The value Itm 001 provided for the item attribute of the work definition is invalid because the item does not exist in the organization ORG1. (WIS-4440065)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Importing Work definition through FBDI.
2.Item have special char( Itém 001).
3.The CSV files were generated correctly according to records compiled into the excel file.
4.Checking interface table WIS_WORK_DEFINITIONS_INT, the field INVENTORY_ITEM_NUMBER was populated "Itm 001" instead of "Itém 001".
5.Reviewing CSV FILES, it is possible to see that file WisWorkDefinitionsInt.csv is encoded with the language ANSI instead of UTF-8.
