Events from Sales Cloud is rejected on OIC and throws error
ERROR

CASDK-0054: Unable to verify the request sent by the client application. The request sent to OIC integration flow is rejected.
OIC Server logs shows error:

Endpoint context not found. Proxy-Service could be disabled for the flow. Check monitoring dashboard.

1. Create an integration to receive event from sales cloud and not it fails with the reported error
