Symptoms

When user is creating the expense report with an item that has policy attached he is receiving an warning message and as per policy it shouldn't be generated.Policy is based on job,location,currency and  amount.

Warning : The expense item violates the daily rate, but you are not prevented from submitting your expense report. (EXM-630499) .
