ISSUE STATEMENT

Order cancellation emails from Agent Console are not being sent in configured locale language(for e.g French).

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Below is the example of locale French.

1. Login to the French Storefront Site.

2. Place an order.

3. Order confirmation email from the system will be sent in French language.

4. Navigate to the Agent Console.

5. Search for the placed order Id and cancel the order.

6. Order cancellation email will be received in English whereas it is supposed to be in French.
