Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is unable to close the work order since the 'Complete using details' button greys out on clicking to complete an operation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to close the work order

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution > Work Execution > Task List > Review Dispatch List
2. Query work order with the issue
3. Click on 'Complete with details' on Operations 30
4. See that button greys out.
