Goal

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

Quick Action to follow configuration of profile value 'HCM_SAVE_CHANGES_WARNING_ENABLED'

- Quick action currently does not follow 'HCM_SAVE_CHANGES_WARNING_ENABLED' consistently.
- Requirement is that quick action should follow configuration of profile value 'HCM_SAVE_CHANGES_WARNING_ENABLED'.
  - If it is set to N, no warning message should be displayed when we move out of transaction page without submitting the transaction.
  - If it is set to Y, warning message should be displayed when we move out of transaction page without submitting the changes transaction.
