Goal

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

Missing Lookup Value On The Lookup Type

Developer added the list of lookup value in the Manage Standard Look Up task in the Oracle Sales Cloud.After few days, the lookup code and the Meaning are now gone .
We perform the manual addition of the said lookup value but the system throws error the lookup value is already existing together with the lookup code.
On the lookup task, we perform the extraction but the product still not available on the list.

Path : Set up and maintenance > Sales >Manage Standard lookup
