Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has configured Company Parameter: INTF_ERROR_EMAIL_LIST with email id, but Interface failure notifications are not being triggered and emails are not being sent.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
System should send failure interface emails to the configured email id.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Input Interface UI.
2. Upload any wrong data file(e,g, ISS or PO or Order).
3. Failure or error email will trigger emails to the configured email id.
