Symptoms

When attempting to print cycle count listing report the following error occurs : " Work Status : The request has been completed and is in a terminal state. "

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps :

  1. Navigate to Oracle Cloud Applications > Inventory Management > Report and Analytics icon
  2. Click "Shared Reports and Analytics" folder > Cycle Count Listing Report
