When Attempting to Print Org Charts from the Directory an Error is Received

Symptoms
When attempting to print Org Charts from the Directory, the following errors are received:
ERROR
___________
"Excel cannot open the file OrgChart.xlsx because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file".
The error when printing to PDF is "Failed to load PDF document".
STEPS
___________
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. N: Directory
2. Search Name
3. Click on “My Organization Charts”
4. Click 'Print'
5. Select 'Spreadsheet' or 'PDF' as an option for File Format field
6. Receive the error
