Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Acknowledgment For Inbound Transmission is not working

While trying to do Rate Inquiry Request through XML upload and expecting the output to be sent on Email mentioned in AckSpec element on the Rate Inquiry Request transmission . But it is not working .

Even after set up the property glog.integration.TransmissionReport = YES apart from setting YES in Transmission Header , still it is not working as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Whenever the XML is upload it should send email to the contact mentioned in Header

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created Rate Inquiry Request through XML upload.
2. Email mentioned in AckSpec element on the Rate Inquiry Request transmission
3. And also property glog.integration.TransmissionReport = YES apart from setting YES in Transmission Header
4. Transmission was Successful but no email being sent. (Intended Functionality not working)
