Not Able to Customize 'Email From' Address at Workflow Task Level (Doc ID 2604725.1)

Symptoms

ERROR/WHAT IS NOT WORKING
------------------------------------------------

Email "From:" Display Name is working at BPM --> Administration level, to change Email From Display Name, but  it is not working at Workflow Task Level.

 

WHAT IS EXPECTED
-----------------------------
Updating Email "From:" Display Name at Workflow Task level, should send out email using that as a display name for that Workflow task.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------------------------------

  1. Change "Email "From:" Display Name" in BPM --> Task Configuration --> Task --> Notifications : Email "From:" Display Name
  2. Create a Payasbles Invoice
  3. Submit the Invoice for Approval
  4. Check Approver's mailbox for incoming Email notification
  5. Check display name on the email
  6. Name is picked up from the setting at BPM Level as shown above , but not from Workflow Task level.
