ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Hierarchies are not displaying correctly in smart view.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Hierarchies should be displayed correctly in smart view.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Budget with no hierarchy attached to the segment.
2. Go to action and click on Put in use.
3. This will fire internal process and create the Budgetary cube.
4. Create Smart View report connecting XCC cube with control budget does not have tree.
5. Select the dimension and open the member selector window,no tree will be listed, and all the values will be listed under all values in non hierarchical format.
