Allocation Defined Doesn't Generate Allocation Journals (Doc ID 2606336.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Capture Transactions-Define Allocations and Period Entries

When attempting to run allocation,the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
WARNING ::The basis defined in the allocation component doesn't contain balances. (GL-781785)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the General Accounting-> Journals-> Task Panel-> Generate General Ledger Allocations
2. Select the below parameters:
  >Rule or Rule Set
  >Journal Category
  >Conversion Rate Type
  >Post Allocations
3. Click on Submit
