On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer created a custom Onboarding Checklist and the Welcome email is not triggering for the new hire

Also, for the seeded Onboarding Welcome email, the new hire receives a blank email notification


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Onboarding Welcome email notification should be sent for the new hire and the details should be visible


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. New hire

2. send Onboarding Checklist

3. the new hire receives all the checklist tasks but no welcome email notification is received or it is received as a blank email
