ACA Configuration And Extract Process Questions (Doc ID 2606879.1)

Goal

Customer did not have Oracle ACA functionality the year before but is now wanting to use it but has the following questions:

1. While following the instructions under the Legal Employer Configuration section on Page 4, I also saw a section called “ACA Eligibility Attributes” under the Legal Employer > Federal tab, which is not explained in the attached documentation.
  Q: Can you tell me if this section needs to be populated and provide documentation on how and where this information is used?

2. When I click Submit Extracts under the HCM Extracts section of Data Exchange, there is a flow called “Run ACA Eligibility Process”. I was not able to find documentation for this process, so I kicked it off in a development environment to see the results.
  In spite of numerous errors, which may have occurred due to incomplete setup, I was able to review some of the output generated by this process, and it looks like it is providing ACA information by employee.
  Q: What is the purpose of this process and does the “Archive End-of-Year ACA Information” process depend on this process running to completion without errors?
