ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

object workflows do not send e-mail notifications

We have two object workflows, one for Opportunity object (when a record is updated – status of the opportunity) and another for Opportunity Team Member object (when a record is created) that should send e-mail notifications when this two object workflows are triggered. After the upgrade to Rel 19D, during the tests, we have notice that the e-mail notifications are not sent anymore.
Mention that, this workflows are configured like in production environment, where the notifications works properly.
