Fusion Global Payroll: Duplicate Assignment Numbers Present In Drop-down For Manage Element Entries/Cannot Upload Element Entries For Specific Records (Doc ID 2608146.1)

 When adding element entries for specific employees, you notice duplicate entries are present in the Assignment drop-down.

Also, adding or uploading element entries for such record fails with the following error:

"The message is ORA-20001: The identifier xxxxxx for the payroll relationship, employment terms, or assignment passed to the entry level ID parameter is invalid. Details: The employment level ID included with the entry for the  xxxxxx element must be a valid ID number for the employment level indicated. The employment level must also match the employment level at which entries can be created for this element. For example, you cannot use an assignment ID to create a terms level entry, and the assignment ID submitted must be ORA-6512: at "FUSION.PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_API", line 468 ORA-6512: at line 53"
