On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Record Capital Asset Costs
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Status of Capitalized interest batch is Draft Failure, and the Release button is disabled even when there are few successful records in the batch
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Status of the batch should be 'Draft Success' and release button should be enabled where there are partially processed records in the batch
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Generate Capitalized Interest Transactions
