Loading Standard Cost Through ADFDI Show Connectivity Error (Doc ID 2609916.1)

Goal

While loading Standard cost through ADFDI show connectivity error
ERROR

  The Remote Server returned an error. (504) Gateway Timeout.
  The underlying connections was closed. The connection was closed unexpectedly.

Customer have around 200 Records to load, when they try to 10 Records per load it ends with Same Error.
But, around 7 records loaded out of 10 for the cost scenario. They tried again with new Scenario with fresh set of 10 items, 5 loaded out of 10 and ended with same error.
