On : N/A version, Manage Collections-Identify Delinquencies
When attempting to Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Tools>Scheduled Processes
2. Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment
3. Process completes in warning
