On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers
Unable to Publish Account Hierarchy for Reporting
An additional hierarchy has been created. The hierarchy has been published but it fails with below errors:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create an account hierarchy tree version with identical values like Ops, OPS using FBDI file(ChartofAccountsSegmentValuesandHierarchiesImportTemplate.xlsm)
2. Upload the CSV file generated and run Ess process "Import Segment Values And Hierarchies"
3. It completes successfully and submits the hierarchy publish job and it shows the error message as shown above
