Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
IBLPN exists with 0 Curr_qty with Lost status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
IBLPN(LPN1) should not be in Lost status when it has 0 curr_qty.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to IBLPN UI.
2. Filter the IBLPN(LPN1).
