User would like to display the parent value above the child value when expanding the hierarchy in Smartview.
User has the following parent and child values:
0211 (Parent)
 |--0211000 (Child 1)
 |--0211100 (Child 2)
 |--0211200 (Child 3)

In Smartview the parent value is displayed below the child value.

 |--0211000 (Child 1)
 |--0211100 (Child 2)
 |--0211200 (Child 3)
0211 (Parent)

User would like to display as below

0211 (Parent)
 |--0211000 (Child 1)
 |--0211100 (Child 2)
 |--0211200 (Child 3)
