Fusion Talent Review: Data Submission Report Action Is Not Displayed For Some Talent Review Meetings In Mobile Responsive UI (Doc ID 2612798.1)

Goal

Data Submission report action is not displayed for some of the Talent Review meetings. Mobile Responsive UI has been enabled for Talent Review.

Steps:
1. Login as HR user
2. Navigate to My Client Groups > Talent Review
3. Click on the actions ('...') for a Talent Review meeting
4. Data Submission report option is not displayed

For few meetings, this option is shown, and for some meetings, this option is missing.
