Line Manager Need To Access The Likst Of His Subordinates Under Primary Point Of Contact In Helpdesk (Doc ID 2612857.1)

We are in a fresh implementation of HR Helpdesk, We got a situation where a line manager needs to have roles where he/she could access the Helpdesk and create a new service request on behalf of his/her subordinates only.
Only employees who are reporting to him in the core HR system.

How ever we worked on this with the Helpdesk team and they advised for the role customization and adding privileges to the same.

We have achieved it where a line manager can access the helpdesk to create service request, however the line manager should be able to View/See the list of his subordinates in the Primary point of contact Filed.

As of now system will default the name of the person who is logged in the application, whereas the Subordinates list for the line manager is not shown.

Please advise.
