FRS Report POV Issue (Doc ID 2612887.1)

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When open a report created from FRS in workspace, the POV is not getting updated when you change the Accounting period, if the Acc period is from an adjustment period and it is displaying the previous period results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
be able to switch between Accounting periods in POV even if the period is from adjustment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to FRC_Workspace
2. Open a FRS report and change the Acc Period
3. When switching to Adjustment period, the data is not refreshed and in the POV we can see both periods (previous one and adj period)

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the data from Adj period in report
