When attempting to the open LE for an employee,
the following error occurs.

ORA-20001: A nonrecurring entry can only be deleted. Details: An attempt was made to change the date effectivity of a nonrecurring entry by end dating it or by removing the current end date. Only the delete operation is allowed. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.BEN_BACK_OUT_LIFE_EVENT", line 2734 ORA-06512: at line 1 .
