why Adfdi Excel Upload Showing different Language Default that the Language Chosen which is English ?

Goal
On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Create and Manage Journals
Adfdi Excel upload showing Japanese language though default language chosen is English.
Japananese user who is using Win10 machine is getting Adfdi journal details in Japanese.
Default language chosen at excel and application level is English only. This is happening only in Win10 machines and that user only.
How to resolve this ?
