Symptoms

Setting up EBS Asserter for use with IDCS following this documentation:

EBS Asserter Documentation

During DataSource testing with an applications user, the test fails.   If the driver is changed to the standard jdbc driver, and a database user (APPS) is provided, it succeeds.
