Symptoms

The Distribution Set LOV does not have the 'Search' link to query additional LOV values.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the Fixed Asset Landing page, edit the source line from the Additions infotile
2. Click on the Distribution Set drop down.
