Goal

When create a sales order with a quantity that is out of stock, the sales order line and Fulfillment line are split.

The two lines will then progress to reservation. Reservation is applied for both lines the sequence in which the reservation step is process is random. For example:

1. Item XXXX has 125 Quantity On hand and Available to Promise.
2. A order is created and submitted for 150 Quantity of Item XXXX
3. The line is split
3.1. Line 1 - Quantity 125
3.2. Line 2 - Quantity 25
Both of these lines are then reserved - the sequence in which this occurs is random. Expectation is that - Line 1 - should be reserved first - as GOP has recognized that stock is available for this quantity. It is possible that:
4. Reservation occurs in the following sequence.
4.1. Line 2 is reserved first - Lines progresses through reservation succesfully.
4.2. Line 1 is reserved second - this line fails in Reservation with the following error:

A reservation was not created because the reservation quantity is greater than the available-to-reserve quantity.
