Customer Accounts are Available for Create Receipt / Create Transaction, even if the Party is Inactive

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Receipts
The customer is searching in Manage Customer for a Customer Name and he can see only one Customer Account for that specific customer name.
He has 4 customer with the same name and different customer number; 3 of these parties are with status inactive and one is active, but all the customer accounts related to these 4 parties are with status status active.
However, when the users are searching the same customer name via Create Receipts or Create Transactions, there are 4 accounts displayed as results.
The customer wants to know why in Create Receipts / Create Transactions the users can see 4 customer accounts and in Manage Customers only 1.
