Symptoms

Exadata cloud at customer environemnt

Customer created a new linux account and  tried to login by typing password, but get error message like below:

Disconnected. No supported authentication methods available (server sent: public key)

Changes

 Created a new OS user and customer trying to login to VM node using username / password
