Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating rule for any Hire action and setting Payroll Details to not display, Payroll Details still displays when selecting the specific flow.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Payroll Details to be hidden when user is from the country selected on the rule.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a rule for Add a Contingent Worker
2. Set Payroll Details to not display based on country United States
3. Enter the Add a Contingent Worker flow
4. Payroll Details is still displayed
