Symptoms
After adding new block volumes to an Oracle Storage Appliance in OCI, the new space does not show in the Storage Pool capacity and there is no option to add the new space to the Appliance Storage pool.

Created new block volumes and attached them to the Oracle Linux Storage Appliance
