When Exporting From OBLPN (or Other Screens) Into Excel, Long Number columns Get Rounded (Doc ID 2618280.1)

Goal

When exporting from OBLPN into Excel the tracking numbers don't export correctly. The numbers get rounded.  Why are numbers incorrect when viewing in Excel spreadsheet after exporting the date from WMS?

Steps: 

In the OBLPN screen (or other WMS screen),  run a query to retrieve data and use the Export to CSV option in the top right corner. Open the file in Excel.
