Symptoms
VETS 4212 Exception Report fails with below error.
Configured the VETS and EEO-1 Reporting setups using <Note 2224995.1>: Fusion US Payroll: How to Set Up EEO-1 Report. Also applies to VETS-4212.
Confirmed that the employment category in the "Manage Legal Reporting unit HCM" was configured correctly.
