Activities not completed on CCS Scheduled Date

Activity is generated in CCS has a scheduled date; this activity was passed to OFSC. Should the activity not be completed in OFSC on this exact date; OFSC does not doesn’t handle stale dates. CCS doesn’t have a method to auto change the schedule date to another date; this would be a manual update. As we assume that there will be many activities that will not be completed on the same day that they were scheduled; we will need an acceptable process.

OFSC said that they roll the date over to the next day – however CCS is the system of record that holds the Schedule date. If, OFSC rolls the date over, then CCS and OFSC Scheduled dates will be out of sync. We are not seeing anything out of the box that supports updating the scheduled date from OFSC to CCS. We could possibly have OFSC roll the date to the next business day; if CCS received an interium status or maybe an update to the log that the scheduled date has changed. OFSC has many interim status that are not sync’d back to CCS. CCS can not tell when an activity is in route, on site.. CCS only receives Communication in Progress, Cancel, Complete or Discarded
