Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) - Version N/A and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Having configured a set of assertion attributes to return custom user schema attributes, if there is no value available for one of the attributes then the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) Assertion isn't sending the attribute in the SAML response.
The expectation is that the attribute should be added to SAML response with blank value.
How can IDCS be forced to send configured assertion attributes, even if there is no value?
